About
I'm Randi Warner. I've been building on Salesforce since 2007 and I've been a formal architect since 2016. Today I lead the Systems Engineering team behind a Salesforce and go-to-market stack: the platform, CPQ and quote-to-cash, integration, and the DevOps pipeline and controls that ship changes safely.
What I actually love doing is looking at how teams work and taking the friction out, so people can get to the real work. Shared process with room for each team's nuances. Tech debt with a seat at the priority table. Deploys that don't need a hero.
On the side, I build my own tools:
SaasyLogs reads a Salesforce debug log inside a Google Sheet and tells you what happened, in plain sentences. DwelLogs keeps a pulse on your home: what it needs and when, shared with everyone who lives there. DeployLogs is a deploy runlist and go/no-go tracker for deploys that cross teams. This blog is where I write about building them, and about the work behind the work.
See a need, fill a need.
